We really love ourselves a well-dressed man, so once the relaunch of this site doesn't take all our time, we'll be dropping by the offices ParkandBond.com. In the meantime, we're delighted to welcome the dapper staff of Gilt's new men's website to the pages of Stylelist. They're no strangers to start-ups themselves, having just debuted their editorial-meets-shopping site a mere eleven days ago. So how do they look so good? Below, a little insight, as well as the one men's style mistake that drives them each mad.

Q: What's one style mistake too many guys make, and what should they do instead?
A: The ill-fitting suit. We've all seen it on our daily commute: jacket hitting at mid-thigh, sleeves scraping the knuckles, pants bunched up around the ankles. Try buying a size down; and find a tailor willing and able to make all those critical adjustments that can make a mid-price suit look like a million bucks. A great tailor -- like the ones we'll be showcasing in an upcoming feature on Park & Bond -- can do everything from shortening your suit jacket to slimming down your sleeves. All you have to do is ask.
Q: What's on your shopping list this fall?
A: I'm obsessed with the quality, fit, and texture of Thom Browne's oxford cloth shirts. I just added this plaid one to my rotation, and think it looks great with everything from a khaki suit to a pair of jeans. It adds a little punch to your look; and because you can machine wash it and just throw it in the dryer at a low setting (that's what I do, at least), it couldn't be easier.
