Anna Wintour and Bee Shaffer, 1993: A Look Back

HuffPost Social Reading

"A Look Back" is a daily column that highlights a moment from fashion's fabulous past. Today's pick is a photo of Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour (wearing her signature sunnies) and her daughter Bee Shaffer from November 21, 1993 at the premiere of "The Nutcracker". What do you think of the fashionable duo's intentional color-coordination. Doesn't Bee make the cutest accessory?

Anna Wintour actually looked human then, not like a dessicated, not to say skeletal, alien.

I was on Huffpo and just read a story about a shirt being pulled at JC Penny because it was demeaning to girls. Directly beneath that story was the link to this article where you're calling this woman's daughter "the cutest accessory". Huh?

A former employee of hers revealed that Nuclear Wintour's sunglasses are prescription. Apparently she doesn't want to be seen in regular uncool glasses.
