The Great American Road Trip: New York City
After spending the summer on the road, we've made it back to New York in one piece. Since we live here, we're going to spend the day getting reacquainted with our favorite city. And doing what we do best: Eating. Breakfast will be at Momofuku: Compost cookies and Cereal Milk frozen yogurt. Then we're off to stroll the High Line expansion. Though honestly, we're more focused on hitting up all the amazing food trucks -- falafel from the Taim Mobile and ice cream sandwiches from Coolhaus -- that park nearby at the lot on 30th St & 10th Ave. We'll walk from the west side to the East Village to work up an appetite and pick up an afternoon snack -- lobster rolls at Luke's! We'll end our food-fueled day at Barrio Chino, with grapefruit margaritas and camarones barrachos. Now it's time to roll ourselves home.
