As a designer let me translate what this is going to mean for the shopper. This spring you will see alot of southwestern look in denims and vests. Look for blouses with pretty lace at the neck and elastic at the waist. Great to hide that winter spread till you get out and exercise. Jeans will be starting to go back up to the waist, and continue to flare at the bottem but you will find some fringe and silver on the sides in your high end stores. Looks like big sweaters might be making a comeback. That jumpsuit was a cute idea, but who in the world wants to bring back that bathroom nightmare is beyond me. But do keep an eye on the 2-hand and fabric stores for delightful finds. A couple of yards of chiffon draped around your neck can make almost any outfit lovely.

That outfit looks like the shower curtain I donated to goodwill last week. Glad to see they were able to re-sell it to someone!
