Elettra Wiedemann On Her Culinary Projects And Charity Work (VIDEO)

Besides being Isabella Rossellini's daughter and a spokesmodel for Lancôme, Elettra Wiedemann is a London School of Economics grad and rising entrepreneur.
The brainy beauty aims to offer tastier cuisine to New York Fashion Week attendees with Goodness, a pop-up restaurant that showcases the local culinary scene through a rotating cast of chefs. And Elettra also started One Frickin Day, a nonprofit organization intended to streamline the experience of charitable giving by focusing on more immediate projects with specific goals.
In the video below, Wiedemann describes both ventures in greater detail, and explains how she's been able to combine her degree in biomedicine with her fashion background.
