VPL is one label that takes the layered look to an entirely new, and incredibly sexy, level. Their ensembles each season stick to an aesthetic that pushes the boundaries of underwear worn as outwear, and for fall they made no acceptions to the rule. In this look from their Fall 2011 show, VPL's turned up the volume on classic trench coat dressing, layering a graphic-print mini skirt on top of metallic leggings and a sheer tank.
