Feel like puttin' on the ritz with your digits?

Captivated by Gucci's Jazz Age themed Spring 2012 collection, Miss Ladyfinger blogger Taryn Multack, brought to life the Italian fashion house's showstopping aesthetic.

"This manicure was my biggest endeavor yet. The whole thing took about two hours to paint." Multack told Stylelist. "Aesthetically I'm really drawn to graphic prints with an edge, so this look was very inspirational for me."

Multack, who has a fashion design degree and interned at W magazine and Oscar de la Renta, credits her style experience on training her eye for runway looks that will transfer well to nail art.

She started with a gold base of Got My Groove Back by Ginger + Liz before painting on Liquid Vinyl by Orly and nail art pens to recreate the defined, Art Deco lines.

Really 2 hours? Must not be a REAL manicurist. Looks great but should not take that long!

These sorts of manicures are nice if you don't have a life and nothing to do. Personally I would NEVER put this much time and money into a manicure unless it were for a wedding or some other very special event. No matter how hard I try my manicures never seem to last very long. When you cook and decorate cakes and just live a normal life, your hands get used and polish wears off, despite how many protestive layers you put on.

Shellac Mani's are the best in case you haven't tried them...since I have tried them I will never go back to a regular mani.
