Yesterday in Paris, Karl Lagerfeld wowed crowds with his over-the-top, dramatic Spring 2012 show for Chanel. The setting this season? An under the sea scape, of course. Stingray's, oysters and coral branches surrounded Karl's bevy of girls bedecked in pearls, ruffles and pom poms. And it's not just Karl that's feeling some serious love for the life aquatic. Designers like Donatella Versace, Stella McCartney and Christian Cota have all created collections that mimic the motion of the ocean in some way, whether it's the waves, the blue hue or the life living deep below.
