WHAT: The designing duo behind Twenty8Twelve were a stylish pair - Sienna chose an embellished Matthew Williamson frock fresh off the Spring 2012 runway, while her very pregnant old sister opted for a black maxi dress and kimono jacket. Both blondes carried gold clutches.
WHERE: Joined by Pippa Middleton, the Millers we on-hand for the 'Too Many Women' fundraiser for Breakthrough Breast Cancer on October 13th in Richmond, England.
