Matthew Perry's Malibu House On The Market
Bachelor and former 'Friends' star Matthew Perry has been hitting it hard on the real estate market these days it seems. He's most recently put up his 3,677-square-foot modern Malibu house with ocean views for sale, which follows two other homes that's also been on the market for a bit.
While we're not exactly sure what the actor is thinking (or going through), we know that it's not easy feat letting go of a modern Malibu home like this one. Located in the Serra Retreat gated and star-studded community, the house has four bedrooms, six baths and occupies 2.3 acres of land. With an open terrace that has facing views of the ocean, a wraparound pool, a fire pit outdoor lounge and an in-house movie theater, the house boasts streamlined good looks and resort-style amenities. We took a sneak peak into the house to get a glimpse of (almost) everything that exemplifies the Hollywood actor lifestyle.
