Make Up For Ever Fluo Night Black Light Pigment: Testing Glow-In-The-Dark Makeup

Growing up in a southern Christian home, transforming into an underworld creature or cartoon character for Halloween was not an option. But I always envied the kids who showed up at my doorstep begging for candy with their faces plastered in glow-in-the-dark makeup. So when a tiny pot of pigment popped up on my desk promising to give me a raving flush, I knew it was my time to shine -- literally!
Make Up For Ever Fluo Night Black Light Pigment is made up of extra fine, white fluorescent particles that when applied on top of your favorite eyeliner, mascara and lipstick, it gives off a neon beam under UV light. Using a small brush, it only took a few dabs of this silky product to blend seamlessly onto my everyday makeup -- appearing invisible to my intern's naked eye. And I even dared to sprinkle it onto my curls. Cool, huh?
Make Up For Ever Fluo Night Black Light Pigment, $31, available at Sephora and sephora.com.
