WATCH: Zombie Boy Rick Genest Covers Up His Tattoos

HuffPost Social Reading
Zombie Boy Rick Genest, before and after, using Dermablend concealers.

Finding the perfect concealer can be quite daunting, but you may want to give Dermablend a try after witnessing this amazing makeover.

Twenty-six-year-old fashion model Rick Genest, who starred in Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" video and walked Thierry Mugler Men's Fall 2011 runway, puts Dermablend's concealers to the test in the brand's "Go Beyond The Cover" campaign.

A team of three makeup artists worked in just one day using about 4 tubes of Dermablend Professional Leg and Body Tattoo Primer and Leg and Body Cover to conceal Genest's skeletal tattoos from the waist up. In the jaw-dropping, three-minute clip, we see the final result.

"I think I'm going to get a job now," Genest jokes as he looks into the mirror.

What do you think about Zombie Boy's massive cover-up? Does his transformation convince you to pick up Dermablend's products?

Tell us your thoughts in the comments section and check out this glow-in-the-dark Halloween makeup.

In related news, Genest sported a suit and pearls in a recent fashion campaign.

So, I'm a little late to the party, but I'd like to add my two cents. Although I don't know him personally, from every interview I've watched of Rick he appears to be an incredibly soft-spoken, humble, nice guy. Rick had a brain tumor as a child and had it removed when he was sixteen (I think). Doctors told him there was a big chance he would not survive.

While he is modelling these days, he does do a lot of "side show" or carnival acts, and actually has his own traveling sideshow called Lucifer’s Blasphemous Mad Macabre Torture Carnival. He may not contribute to society in the way you or I would deem appropriate, but he is out there doing what he loves and supporting himself.

He's not telling anyone how to live their lives, and if anything, he is showing us that beauty isn't always what you expect. Not everyone is going to find him attractive, but for me, as someone who doesn't really like tattoos at all, I find his to be stunning and they really work for him. Tattooing is an art form, and his body is a work of art.

Heard he's taken. Wanna meet my dog? He is currently single and I suspect most people would find him more attractive than this fool. Whataya say? Fyi: just gave the dog a flea bath, so he smells good and is clean of an parasites. (hope you also have had a flea bath lately...). :-)

i personally wont get tattoos cause i dun like or enjoy pain of any sort. but people shouldn't be judged for their tattoos unless its the yakuza or like neo-nazi or something. i mean in this day and age, of a tattoo shocks someone, they really need to just stay in their house.

I kind of find him sexy. Not that I would want to take him home to meet my family but if hes got a great personality and is a good person, tattoos shouldnt make him who he is soooo....to each is own.

This weirdo embodies the extreme degree that people can degenerate to when they have no redeeming direction, no underlying morality, and no talent. He, IMO, is the consummate self-absorbed idiot/ narcissist.

i dunno. i have terrible scarring on my legs and i have used dermablend and it just didn't do it. the darkness of the scars shows through
10:34 AM on 10/26/2011
i used dermablend to cover up a horrible black eye so i could work and i was amazed!! regular makeup didn't hold a candle to it!! and to all the people who have an opinion about his choice to cover his self with tattoos get over it!! i find him attractive either way!! and he is obviously happy with the results as well:)

I doubt this man wants you to admire him or pity him. He just did what he wanted to do. Get over it. You're nobody opinions means jack to him.

And he is a successful model whos probably making more money and is happier than most of you will ever in your lives.
I think he's beautiful with or without tattoos.

What lasting satisfaction do you get from making such comments? Not agreeing or disagreeing, just curious.

Okay let's define terms here. Model? Well I guess technically since a lot of people have taken pictures of him he is a "model". Of sorts. But not really, since the definition of model (colloquial version) doesn't offend (sensibilities) and hurt the eye. Okay, dermablend (or whatever the skin colored paste is called) when applied to this creature over the course of two days does make him appear, when photoshopped, to be untatooed. Otherwise? he looks like a photoshopped guy covered in putty. His skin is putty colored. He looks like my mother did while lying in the casket at the funeral home during the viewing. A putty coated creature.
