When your father is heavy metal singer and songwriter Ozzy Osbourne, it's practically embedded in your DNA to know how to weld a tube of black liquid eyeliner. And Kelly Osbourne, without a doubt, has perfected heavily-lined lids.
While the sharp-tongued television personality, actress, singer and Material Girl spokesmodel had her share of makeup and hair dye disasters (remember when she sported grey hair?), Osbourne has blossomed into a young beauty worth watching.
As Kelly prepares to blow out 27 candles on her birthday (October 27), we take a look back to see how our favorite rocker child's beauty regime has evolved over the years.

Really can't understand how you or anyone would miss that obnoxious show where all the children did was disrespect their parents and vice versa. That show did more damage to the whole of society, (especially American society) than you can imagine...... with Hollywood's blessings of course.
