Supermodels Dance For Duran Duran's "Girl Panic" (VIDEO)
For Duran Duran's latest hit, "Girl Panic" they recruited some of the finest girls in the business for the music video. Supers Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford, Eva Herzigova, Helena Christensen and Yasmin Le Bon work it in the band's new nine-minute long film.
How did the eighties band persuade the top models of yesteryear to participate? Lead singer Simon Le Bon confesses, “We have made some pretty ambitious videos over the years, but this one was certainly the most challenging to date. Coordinating the schedules of five of the world’s biggest supermodels, Jonas [Åkerlund, the director], and the band was no easy task." Fortunately, he didn't have to look far. Le Bon has been married to wife Yasmin since 1985.
Who else makes a cameo? We'll just see if you can spot Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana pretending to be fashion editors. Check out the full video below:
