Balenciaga's beautiful new fragrance L'Essence, which is a slightly spicy, mostly mysterious blend of leaves, mosses and the house's signature flower, violet, has been poured into candle form. We appreciate its ability to create a warm, cozy, holiday-ish vibe, but not in an aggressive pinecone way. It's both subtle and woodsy at the same time, and evokes the smell of fresh air in the forest -- if you can imagine.
The scent combined with the mirrored container (which vaguely resembles a birch tree) feels very sophisticated and evening. So light one up and make your apartment about a thousand times more glamorous.
