Under $25: The Best Tights

I have a friend who scoffs at me when I start wearing tights months ahead of schedule, i.e. in the middle of summer. In my opinion, tights serve three purposes: 1) They keep me warm, 2) They jazz up a look and 3) They keep me from looking like a hooker when I wear a dress that's a little on the short side. That's a lot of bang for your buck, especially considering that you can get amazingly cool, "Wait, where did you get those?" tights for under $25.
