Blake Lively's Style In 2011 (PHOTOS)

HuffPost Social Reading

"Gossip Girl" star Blake Lively has had quite the year: she starred in both Chanel's handbag campaign and blockbuster "The Green Lantern" with Ryan Reynolds. Also, Christian Louboutin named a pair of his famously red-soled heels after her and she threw her fictional best friend Blair Waldorf the best baby shower ever.

Take a peek in our gallery below and let us know what you think was her best look of the year:

Meanwhile, make sure to take a look at photos from her romantic vacation.

Serena ... I mean Blake ( :) ) always looks amazing, even when she fails. She will do traditional, but she'll also take chances, do experiments, and I love her for that.

Her body is just perfection, and she likes to show it off, thank the gods. The one negative I have to say, though, is that I don't think she looks good with her hair pulled back (not usually, anyways). She has such great hair, and it looks amazing when it's down. But up, it's just too extreme for her face, I think.

But yeah, that was a great slideshow, because it shows the vast range that Blake will try. Black, silver, tons of colors, metallic dresses, lace, suits ... whatever it is, she'll give it a shot. You gotta love that!

If I was her age and had her money.. I would have worn some of them, but I said some of them, some have to really be desired and not in a good way..

She is mostly fake, a real woman is like my BEAUTIFUL wife, all natural... A real woman does not flaunt every inch of her body. They leave nothing to the imigination... what fun is that...Guess I am just in love with my wife, and ill keep it that way...

Good reply, what is it that you did wrong? I think your wife will forgive you!

Brad,
I dont care if she does forgive me or not, I speak the truth and only the truth, She is hard to please, however, I love her alot.

Where is the dangerously short dress? I looked at all of them and did not see anything too short. Just another misleading headline. Whatever the headline is, this should be thee very first picture shown. And my idea of a dangerously hort sress/skirt is one that when standing it shows the tops of her stockings, now that would be sexy, and I guess dangerously short if you were trying to ride a motorcycle. Other than that, nope.

I love that she's not afraid of taking chances, and she's not afraid of color. A lot of stars think they need to wear all black, all white, or drab colors. Either that, or they find one color and wear everything in that color. She tries different colors and cuts. She's young and looks great, so why not? While I didn't like everything she put on, at least she gave it an effort.
