I swear someone needs to get in control of how that child goes outside. I don't know if she dresses herself or if she has a stylist. Either way it isn't appropriate for an 11 year old. I use to have an 11 yr. old (it's ok, she's 22 now), and I would have never let her out of the house looking like that. Costumes have their place, and it's on a stage or for playing dress up, not outside going shopping. It's obvious the children run that house. They need to nip this behavior in the bud, before little Willow become a family regret. And letting her do videos with that blow up doll, Nickie Manjah is NOT funny!!! It's just irresponsible parenting.

Jerry, I agree. Is she screaming for more attention than her family already gets? Her taste is ghastly and someone should intervene.
