Faye was always a star, and a woman who wore the clothes not the other way round. However, having said that, I wish she had of stayed away from the plastic surgery...she has developed an otherworldly Jocelyn Wildenstein look about her in the past ten years. It's a shame.

my classmate's sister-in-law makes $78 every hour on the internet. She has been out of a job for 6 months but last month her pay was $7922 just working on the internet for a few hours. Read more on this site... http://g00.me/7g

Still beautiful after all these years, but should dress herself more modestly now that she's much older. Aging women look foolish in styles meant for younger people. And that includes old men with gold chains around their necks. Major turn-off.

I love you, Faye!

The sexiest she ever looked was as outlaw Bonnie Parker. For certain Bonnie Parker herself never looked that good.

the red dress ensemble reminds me of her Joan Crawfords' "Mommie Dearest" portrayal.

The legacy a "Star" leaves behind is truly how the people who worked with them remember and talk about them; the hair and make-up people, the grips, the assistants, the craft services people, the drivers...the way these people are/were treated on set and off is more important than any of the celluoid moments that win awards...
I worked with Faye in Rome in the mid eighties...I was a young casting director...she will NOT be remembered fondly, lovingly, kindly...she brought new meaning to the words 'diva' and 'bitch' and rivalled Lauren Hutton as nasty and hateful...I hope she has changed because I doubt we will ever meet again before we both die and she will never have the opportunity to apologize to the the younger me for the tantrums and the harsh words and the overall stress she created. Such a talented woman to be remembered by so many in such a disappointing way...so unlikethe wonderful Meryl Streep, or Carol O'Connor, Carol Burnett, Lee Grant, Barbara Barry, Patti Lupone, Hal Linden...wonderful talents AND wonderful people!

That's so sad to hear, but I'll bet there are alot of Diva's out there still. She will be remembered for her actiing, because that is what is was, just acting and fooling the world.

I would much rather see "aging" actresses that still look like themselves than seeing them transform into something scary-looking. She was a beautiful woman, now she's unrecognizable.
01:42 PM on 01/14/2012
I'd have to agree with you katydid. Whatever happened to natural beauty and elegance?
11:05 PM on 01/14/2012
It went in their plastic surgeons' garbage.

Far-left and Far-right are BOTH wrong

I never realized the connection, but I'm beginning to understand. It seems as if the Hollywood women have come to the conclusion that most men love to fish.....so they transform themselves into looking like Large-Mouth Bass.

THANKS FOR THE PICTURES OF FAYE DUNAWAY. I HAVEN'T SEEN ANYTHING ON HER IN YEARS. IT'S NICE TO SEE SOMETHING OF SOMEONE THAT TIME SEEMS TO HAVE FORGOTTEN, ESPECIALLY WHEN SHE WAS SO HOT IN HOLLYWOOD AT ONE TIME. I SEE THE YOUNG PEOPLE IN FILMS TODAY AND I DON'T KNOW ANY OF THEM BUT THEN I DON'T REALLY ENJOY GOING TO THE MOVIES ANYMORE. FILMS TODAY JUST DON'T SEEM TO HAVE ANY SUBSTANCE. IT THIS JUST ME OR DOES ANYONE ELSE FEEL THIS WAY? I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN KNOWING.
02:55 PM on 01/14/2012
No, it's not just you. They truly don't make classy stars like they used to anymore. It seems today that if you're in a 'reality' show, a porn flick, you model, or you're a singer, they stick 'em in movies and expect them to be classic actors. I rarley pay money these days to go to a movie.

No,it's not just you.I've never even heard of half of these so called "stars" today.A lot of what's coming out of Hollywood are remakes, seems no one can come up with an original idea, and the remakes don't hold a candle to the originals. Also, just an FYI,the last thing I saw Faye Dunaway in was an episode of CSI a few years ago,so I guess she's still around.
