Kate Moss: Style Evolution (PHOTOS)

Ask almost anyone who their style icon is and most likely, it’s Kate Moss. And it’s no wonder why -- the British supermodel has a chic and effortless style that always looks like she rolled out of bed that fabulous. On the other hand, it takes me a full 15 minutes of sweat and tears to just put an outfit together.
Moss treats fashion as an art, mixing vintage with couture. The newlywed can pull off a multitude of styles with ease, such as slinky curve-skimming minis, classy floor-length gowns, chunky fur vests, barely-there shorts and, our daily outfit, matchstick denim and blazer combinations.
Check out more of Moss’ style as she celebrates her 38th birthday with husband, Jamie Hince, and daughter, Lila Grace.
Meanwhile, check out Moss' younger sister, Lottie, who's also the rise to becoming a model.
And have a look through our many other Style Evolutions here.

Would MUCH rather read about a "Style Icon" like Cindy Crawford, who hasn't had a past riddled with self-starvation and cocaine abuse - and subsequently, a far better role model to girls and young women!
There ARE models out there who've shown great taste in style AND behavior but for some reason the media loves to elevate the "train wrecks."
WOW. You must think of yourself as THE "super defender" of Moss, and other fashion models to write so vehemently in defense of them!
Just because someone doesn't adore or even like Moss or some of her cohorts, hardly means that one is "jealous" or, that the rest of us are lacking in your infinite wisdom. I was a successful fitness and swimwear model for close to 10 years and I quit while I was still getting bookings to pursue the other (more meaningful) aspect of my career. I can tell you that as "jobs" go, modeling is one of the easiest and highest paid gigs around so I hope you can climb safely down from your "high horse," as opposed to falling!
