New York Fashion Week 2012: Michael Kors Fall 2012 (PHOTOS)
Who Was There: The question might be, who wasn't? Rachel Zoe was sitting down the row from Brad Goreski and his client Jessica Alba. Also there was her husband Cash Warren, Anjelica Huston, Debra Messing, Amber Heard, Paula Patton, Stacy Keibler, Katie Couric, Audra McDonald, Patti Hansen and Alexandra Richards.
The Skinny: Kors' show is always the most cheerful of New York Fashion Week--the models don't look miserable (and in fact, they smile!) and the designer himself always bounces down the runway at the end, looking so appreciative of all that he's accomplished. It's a breath of fresh air. The collection was full of the usual Michael Kors staples: chunky cable-knit sweaters, cross body bags, preppy plaids, gorgeous gowns and voluminous furs. It's no wonder his front rows always pack the most star power. He's an indispensable part of the New York fashion world.
