Kate Hudson looks incredible! 'nuff said.

I think people should really leave celebrities alone. They are NOT PERFECT HUMAN BEINGS!! Being a celebrity, is their job, their career, not everything about them. I wonder how the ones who decided to vote on these people to be in this category look. Isnt it enough that celebs have to take drugs and wild out to stay sane? I feel the media is ridiculous. People really need to be more human-like and stop judging others. Humans are sensitive and technical creatures, this stuff takes a toll on people. Conclusion: its one life, one world, we should all appreciate and respect each other as oppose to bashing each other.

who so ever says she has to live her hair down in has a total headul of doog poop for brains. They are just plaing jealous and envious of Kate who everyone knows is a very successful actress. let them eat their hearts out. she looks absolutely adorable in that picture.

I think Kate Hudson's hair looks really cute! But I don't watch awards shows. Celebrities spend too much time patting each other on the back for work that doesn't compete in importance to what many other people do in their careers.

WTF? These pictures date back to the 90's and the "cutting edge" styles of the times. This is not fashion news!

Cher: Beautiful porcupine, Juliet Lewis: Too white for corn rows, Cloris: Too old for hair blings Lisa Rinna: Botox lips, Sharon Stone: Needs botox.
02:56 PM on 02/26/2012
lisa rinna should have been singled out 4 the worst dressed lips at the oscar event ! ! ! ! huff post will probably censor this

Although Cher's frantic look of spiked hair is maybe considered a "shock" today---it was a great statement at the time. I still feel many celebrities go for that "shock value" because we talk about it for years. Remember Bjork, the girl wearing the "swan" dress ??? That was years ago and we are still talking about it. ENJOY THE MOMENT ! ! !

Honestly, they claim that people can't forget....I didn't remember any of these hair styles until I saw the pics...most forgettable if you ask me.
02:28 PM on 02/26/2012
Thanks to all for confirming my own thoughts. I found nothing wrong with any of the hairstyles, either. I even thought Cher's hair style was phenomenal. I wouldn't be able to carry off such a "do," but Cher wears it well with her own sense of style. I thought some of the makeups were not too flattering, but would never be so catty as to publish my views for all to critique.

Then only awards show Hollywood needs is the You're So Vain Award and they could use the Carly Simon song as it's theme song.
Personally if they have to put that much makeup on,include some of the men here too,to make themselves look pretty just how bad do they look without makeup?

What's wrong with Zooey Deschanel's look? I understand, she's not really a blonde, but the hairdo was OK.

I agree; she looked really cute. Now, Cher's Black Widow look--that's weird.
