Affirmative action strikes again.

She didn't exaactly graduate from Harvard. She took a business course and recieved a certificate for her hard work. I commend her for trying to improve herself and going back to take classes but the reported 100K for the course is outragious! In spite of the cost, it is stillquite an achievement.

Are you all really so insecure and spiteful that you cannot be happy for someone trying to better themseves?! Why is it always a "black" thing (affirmative action) when we strive and achieve. You all sound like some hateful WHITE people. God almighty just say congrats Tyra and move along people! FYI - she was there much longer than 2 weeks!

Why are you surprised at all of the racist, demeaning, ignorant not to mention hatefill jeaous comments? These ingrates always come out from under their proverbial rock when a black individual presents with a wonderful and gratifying achievement such as this. These are the same evil vicisous racists who vilifty blacks for not achieveing anything an when they do, they still make vicious denigrating comments and vilify AA and other the individual. The biggest recipients of AA is WHITE WOMEN anyway. Congrats Tyra and for the record, I am a graduate of Columbia University's Master's program in Nursing!

Why do you care what she gave Harvard? She is a millionaire. Did you say that when Mark Zuckerberg graduated from Harvard?
10:43 AM on 02/27/2012
Looks like she " bought" her piece of paper. Gotta say Harvard must need the money badly.

Tyra Banks paid $100,000.00 to take one class in a business management course and get a "certificate" for completing it. She did NOT graduate from Harvard!

Hmm sounds like jealously and envy that the President attended such a prestigious university that you could never get into into! Sounds like you are an Obama hater and the Obama-haters express a "visceral" hatred without being able to clearly express why they hate him so much. They repeat lies and conspiracy theories to justify their hatred and refuse to listen to facts that contradict what they have already decided to believe. At the same time, they deny that their hatred is based on race.

I thought we had really progressed as a society when we elected Obama as president. We couldn't have had a better candidate to break through the racial barrier. He is intelligent, charming, even-tempered and I believe that he has the best interests of the majority of Americans at heart. I see that we as a civilized society have not progressed one iota in this country! No wonder so many countries have so much hatred for America.
