Fullum & Holt -- the 112-year-old leather manufacturer who has created leather goods and accessories for industry giants: Barneys, Saks, Fred Segal and Selfridges, to name a few, as well as for brands including John Varvatos, Ralph Lauren and Alexander Wang -- is launching a handbag line.

The company was commissioned back in 1914 to supply military belts and harnesses for the Canadian Armed Forces. But now, 95 years later, is taking on a much bigger challenge -- designing for today's woman.

Morgan Lackman, the 29-year-old Canadian Creative Director of Fullum & Holt, and third-generation of his family to run the company is embarking on bags. To-die-for, I-might-skip-paying-rent-for-one-of-these-bags-but-it'll-be-worth-it bags.

Lackman took a break to talk to StyleList and reveals his definition of a fashion icon, being over trends and a no-longer secret crush on Julia Roberts.

30-year-old "Ugly Truth" star, Katherine Heigl goes full-on screen siren in an asymmetrical Roberto Cavalli gown for the August cover of InStyle magazine.

On her new film, Heigl tells the fashion tome that she's "really glad ['Ugly Truth' is rated] R."

"I didn't want to do another PG-13 movie. [In any real-life contentious relationship with romantic underpinnings] you're probably going to drop the F-bomb once in a while."

"You're probably going to say some things that are kind of harsh. And you're definitely going to talk about sex. It doesn't have to be so Snow
White and Prince Charming."

And don't think she'll backtrack if people don't like what she says. "Now I've got this moniker that I'm the foot-in-mouth gal, and I keep thinking, in what way?" she says.

"Because I said something you don't agree with? Because I said something you don't like? I'm just telling you my opinion. I hate the idea that I can't be honest about how I feel about things because it's going to piss somebody off who feels differently. That seems preposterous to me."

She even stands her ground when it comes to beauty, "Sometimes I'll wear dark nail polish, but [my husband] Josh doesn't like it. That's just gonna have to be too bad."

Marion Cotillard continues to shine as the face of Dior -- and specifically the Lady Dior handbag.

The French fashion house just released a new campaign -- above the first of three images -- that will be revealed over the next four months, all shot by Annie Leibovitz.

The concept: Lady Dior travels to New York for "an encounter between two women in the world's most theatrical city." Colors are dramatic, contrasting the brand's shade of red against a dark backdrop.

The first image is explained in sonnet form: "The symbol of the Mirror/for a woman with a double life/daring by day, femme fatale by night." And teases us to find out what Lady Dior's hiding in her bag (as they did in the short film).

You've got us: What is in her bag? It's got to be something good since they're keeping us intrigued with this campaign!

Miley, how you've grown!

Sixteen-year-old Miley Cyrus graces the August cover of ELLE magazine and also poses for a sexy fashion feature inside the issue.

Cyrus has been developing quite the fashion habit: First she announced her teen clothing line for Walmart with Max Azria and now she's nabbed the cover (photographed by Carter Smith) of one of the most prestigious fashion magazines.

The starlet tells the tome about her designer collaboration: "The jeans are my favorite part of the entire [Walmart] line. Because, like, literally this is going to be good for, like, Middle America, and it will be great for kids that really want to be in fashion but that don't have it available."

Yet another Calvin Klein billboard has gone up in the prime Soho, NYC ad space -- the corner of Houston and Lafayette Streets. And surprise, it's bound to raise eyebrows!

What's going on? Is CK riding the press wave and changing it up unexpectedly to garner more buzz about the brand or just promoting its new jean? We're going with the former.

While the first sexy billboard -- a provocative threesome -- debuted in mid-June causing major public outcry and a media frenzy, it was replaced a week later by a much less controversial, bikini-clad model.

Now, just two weeks later, the bikini billboard is down and a greased-up and topless Eva Mendes has appeared in its place.

Mendes is the face of Calvin Klein's fall campaigns, appearing in both the sultry denim and lingerie ads.

Think the above is racy? She bared even more for the Times Square CK fragrance billboard late last year.

Seriously, who's that girl? Nope, it's not Madonna. It's Cameron. Cameron Diaz.

The surfer girl goes Material Girl -- cone-shaped bra and all -- for the August issue of V Magazine, and we've got the pictures to prove it.

According to V, Diaz recognizes that it's time to switch gears -- to dig deeper for her roles. "I'm not going to be the 23-year-old ingenue again," she told the magazine. "If I tried to hold on to that, I'd be a pretty unhappy individual."

Diaz has already begun the transformation by taking on portraying the mother of a terminally ill child in "My Sister's Keeper," as well as the upcoming October horror film "The Box," by "Donnie Darko" director Richard Kelly.

Playing a mother didn't seem to answer the nagging question, or rather, Hollywood's nagging question on impending motherhood. "I don't declare either way if I'm going to have children," she says. "I don't know what will happen...and I'm totally fine with that."

For now, though, Diaz is content working on herself and renovating her West Coast home. The actress remains open to playing a variety of roles, as seen here in her Madonna-circa-1987 photographs.

One down, two to go!

Kevin Jonas, the eldest of the Jonas Brothers, proposed to his girlfriend of two years, Danielle Deleasa -- and he even designed the engagement ring.

Jonas worked with jeweler to the stars, Jacob & Co., to create a custom piece.

The details: It's a solitaire cushion-cut diamond, with a total weight of 3 carats, surrounded by 210 round, brilliant-cut pavé diamonds (totaling .72 carats).

21-year-old Jonas proposed to Deleasa early Wednesday morning at her New Jersey home, according to People magazine,

The Jonas Brothers performed the night before in Vancouver, after which the pop star took and overnight flight to New Jersey to surprise his 22-year-old GF, now fiancée.

Who, you might wonder, made this lovely creation? It wasn't Monique Lhuillier. It wasn't Vera Wang. It wasn't Oscar de la Renta. It was Ann Kagawa Lee. You know, of Honolulu, HI.

Okay, chances are you've never heard of Lee, but she's soon to be a household name for her unbelievable skills as a designer -- working with toilet paper, tape and glue. (And please don't squeeze the garment!)

Lee is the winner of the 2009 Toilet Paper Wedding Dress contest hosted by Cheap-Chic-Weddings.com, and she's taking home the $1,000 top prize for her creation.

Lee says her design has a "Gone with the Wind" influence, and she used her origami skills to create a stunning bridal gown. Her work has been compared to Oscar de la Renta's.

Lee's dress, as well as the second and third place winners' gowns, will be on permanent exhibit in a Ripley's Believe It Or Not! Museum.

Wrangler has reinvented itself and you may never think middle-aged Westerner again. The new ad campaign is for the European arm of the nearly 60-year-old jean and apparel company.

In fact, the photos won the Grand Prix Award at the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival for their reinvention of the somewhat dated brand.

The U.S. judge for the Cannes Lions competition, Gerry Graf of Saatchi & Saatchi, told London's The Guardian that the campaign "screams raw sex." "That's what you want when you put on some jeans. That's what I want," Graf added.

Gisele Bündchen is the most recent supermodel to announce her pregnancy, but it turns out she's just one of a handful of Victoria's Secret Angels currently expecting.

There must be something about those wings? Or maybe VS lingerie is really doing the trick?

Former Angel Bündchen just confirmed her baby bump, while Adriana Lima -- who most recently posed for Givenchy -- broke the news about her mom-to-be status in late May. Heidi Klum, who has been promoting the latest/greatest VS bra, has baby number four on board.

Plus, VS model Alessandra Ambrosio -- who currently shares a Marie Claire cover with Brüno -- gave birth to a baby girl just last August.

Bündchen was quoted on people.com about her new pregnant mind-set: "I am crazy about children ... I am an adoptive mother ... I've already had this experience for two years." Bündchen was referring to husband Tom Brady's son (with former model Bridget Moynahan), John Edward Thomas Moynahan.

These tots will have some seriously decked out nurseries: Forbes recently ranked the top earning models, and our VS girls are at the top of the list: Bündchen is #1, Klum is #2, Lima is #4 (Ambrosio is #5).

Everyone has a little "Sasha Fierce" in them, right? And now you can have a little "Sasha Fierce" in your wardrobe, too.

Beyoncé and mom Tina Knowles will launch a fall capsule collection for their House of Deréon line, based on the wardrobe the performer wears on her current world tour as alter-ego, "Sasha Fierce."

While the costumes Beyoncé dons on stage to promote her current album, "I am...Sasha Fierce," were designed by Thierry Mugler, Tina Knowles -- creative director of House of Deréon -- saw an opportunity to reach out to a wider audience.

"The line really exudes a different side of my personality, which I am grateful that I can express. The 'Sasha Fierce' line is for the confident, sensual and daring side of a woman," Beyoncé explains,

The collection -- which consists of sportswear, outerwear, handbags, footwear, eyewear, lingerie and jewelry -- will retail for $20 - $125 and be available later this month at Macy's, Dillard's and department stores nationwide.

The lovely editors at ELLE magazine are sharing an exclusive preview of "Coco Before Chanel," a film by Anne Fontaine.

While French trailers have surfaced on the Internet, this is the first English-language teaser for the film, which is set to premiere in the U.S. in limited release on September 25.

French ingenue Audrey Tautou -- who most recently starred in CHANEL's short film "Train de Nuit" -- plays the fashion legend, and from what we've seen, she's just as talented and captivating as she was in "Amelie."

First "The September Issue," now "Coco Before Chanel"...September's gonna be one stylish movie month.

Madonna's Louis Vuitton fall/winter 2009-2010 ad campaign images have finally been officially released.

We've been going out of our minds waiting to get our hands on them.

Creative director Marc Jacobs once again chose Madonna as the face of the french label -- the Material Girl showed off her flexibility in LV's spring/summer campaign, which had a hard, sexually-charged vibe.

This time around, though, the series of images, has a lush, even romantic feel.

Jacobs went with an old Hollywood direction for the campaign, with a Man Ray influence.

MJ and Madonna reunited with photographer Steven Meisel, who shot the previous campaign (and the provocative Calvin Klein billboard).

"After the fun we had with the spring/summer campaign, and the amazing reaction to it, all of us - Madonna, Steven and myself - were eager to get back together for fall/winter," Jacobs explains.

The campaign breaks in August.
