Lindsay Lohan ditched by Louis Vuitton

It must be hard to have a career when you spend all your time acting like a coked-out and/or drunken lunatic. No one understands that better than Lindsay Lohan, the celebrat who, after her most-recent DUI arrest, has seen potential movie roles yanked out from under her, and may now have missed her shot at being the face of Louis Vuitton.
But apparently Lohan's recent foray into excessive intoxication is only the icing on the cake. Two months ago Vuitton sent the actress some clothes to wear during a shoot for Elle (the magazine has posted amazing outtakes from the shoot on its Web site). Unfortunately for all involved, Lindsay decided she'd steal them.
Why you would steal clothing when you're worth tens of millions of dollars is beyond me -- but, if her behavior is any indication, maybe Lindsay is trying to destroy her career. If so, she's certainly succeeding.

I have my doubts that Lindsay Lohan could EVER have been the face of Louis Vuitton. She'd been angling for a promotion deal for a very long time and finally got to be the face of Miu Miu (Prada's less luxurious sister brand) and late Jil Sanders. To put a half baked starlet like LiLo as the face of one of the world's most exclusive brands would have been ridiculous. To be equated with the likes of former LV spokespersons like Jennifer Lopez, Scarlett Johanssen, Uma Thurman, Kate Moss and Catherine Deneuve.... puh lease. She never had a chance and with all that's going on now, she never will.

I'm not a LiLo fan, but cut her one tiny break - all the stars get free stuff all the time - I'm sure she just assumed, or was told, erroneously, that the clothes were hers for the taking. To call it stealing is a gross exaggeration.

I reply to Michelle, I have never been a Lindsey and found her to be rather average in looks, BUT, puh lease, if Jennifer Lopez could do it, Lindsey sure could have before she blew her career. Lindsey looks every bit as good as Lopez.

Again, Jonathon Morgan at his stupidest. What are they supposed to do with the clothes? they cant be returned, they cant be worn again--i have been on many shoots where the clothes were just THROWN OUT afterward. Dont be such a moron, Jon--trust me the company is not going to care about some samples gone after a shoot. The clothing is worthless after it has been altered to fit and worn.

~Who really cares? I have NEVER understood why Lindsy is in the media so much???? She is only average in the looks deptartment, and she is immature. She must have an awsome manager, she keeps her shananagans in the press daily, and the press bite the hook ever time. Damn she has connections!! I'd love to see a truley beautiful face on the cover of mags. instead of trash like Lindsy... please media listen to the public not the trash pushers!

Michelle , I must say Fashion Houses dont care! Jennifer Lopez, Scarlett Johanssen, Uma Thurman, Kate Moss and your LILO are all the same ! Deneuve was a different story . To me they all have become so Ghetto and commercialize and it does not really matter at this point! None of these woman above ( except for Deneuve) are anything special! Lopez is Cheddar Cheese , Thurman is begging to kill Bill , Johanssen was only good as the little Horse Whisperer and Moss , need I explain more?
And Karl is loosing , his umph! He has ran out of couture! and that is why he gave his clothes to LILO!lol

Heck with her....she is ugly as homemade soap without makeup....nothing special like she thinks she is or like some others portrays her to be. She is NOTHING just like Britney, Paris, Nichole and the rest of those skanks.

I agree with the blogger. Those of you who don't need to get a clue about Ms. Lohan and the rest of the dime-a-dozen, coke sniffing, no-talent a$$ clowns in Hollywood today. The days of high-class celebrities like Audrey Hepburn and Vivian Leigh are long gone. Unless you count stars like Scarlett Johannson or her equivalents. I am sick of hearing about this girl. What's sad is that at one point I actually liked her movies. Freaky Friday was really good in my opinion. But she has screwed it all up for herself now. Check into a real rehab Lindsay and get yourself together....oh wait, jail should be rehab enough, providing you spend more than 4 hours there...

Lindsey Lohan never had talent. She cannot act, she has average looks at her best with alot of camera help, digital help, whatever. Young girls are supposed to look up to and aspire to these girls who are so screwed up and get a free ride in life with money and fame and then blow it all away doing nothing positive for others. It is incredibly sad. Leave her and the others alone. Maybe once they havn't the publicity for bad behavior and bratty, spoiled behavior they will sit and contemplate what's really important in life. God help them.
