The Porn Star Stash is incredibly old. I've seen people growing one to be ironic since 1999. Anyway it is known as a Gay Porn Mustache, since most gay porn stars are known to have had mustaches in the 70's & 80's. Most straight Porn Stars didn't have 'staches in the 1970's or 1980's with the exceptions of Harry Reems (of Deepthroat) and "Big" John Holmes (aka Johnny Wadd).

Last halloween, my husband shaved his facial hair into a handle-bar mustache (what you are now calling a porn* mustache, whatever). He went to work that day, thinking it would be hilarious, invoking laughs and redneck jokes... Instead everybody thought it was normal. He was like, "NO, really, this is supposed to be funny for halloween, this isn't a normal style!!"

A more intelligent approach would have been to identify each of the men shown by something other than "Porn Star Stache!"
But AOL seems to be getting worse and worse in the area of poorly constructed stories, links that go nowhere, servers that are updated with faulty software, etc.
If this continues, AOL's numbers will continue to shrink.

And, this is important, how? I find these so called fashioned posts to be as empty as the heads of the people that write them. Porn star staches are not new, as someone pointed out, gay men flourished them 30 years ago. Hmmm, straight guys always were a bit behind the times.

that look reminds me of the old cowboy westerns in the Clint Eastwood day .. Maybe it will be around for a season or so then it will disappear with only a few keepin it in style. There is no one look out there right now that stands out on it's own.
have fun

Who cares? Just another empty story with no meaning and no relevance. People who write this sh*t can surely come up with something better-I know I can.

How stupid...based on the various styles of staches you have posted for examples, EVERY mustache is a PORN stache...
even included are BEARDS! So I guess ALL facial hair is someone trying to be a PORN star

I couldn't agree more. I happen to like facial hair. It seems to go in and out of fashion constantly.
Porn stars from the 70's aren't the only men with facial hair - ever...
NeonDon 12-21-2007 @ 6:18PM
If you weren't so into porn "Mr." Morgan" you'd know that the Fu Manchu moustache was "in" waaaay before the '80s and not with porn stars. Remember a guy named Joe Namath, who led the Jets to the Super Bowl championship in 1969??? No, you probably don't, that's not YOUR type of game.

This is new? Way back when I was a young kid, this kinda style was called "womb broom". You mean it took 50 years for somebody to figure it out???
