Wonder of all wonders: Maidenform launches completely backless bra!

I don't know about you but I have not had good luck with strapless, backless, bra contraptions in the past. They are always falling off and sliding down. Straps slip and things pop out where they shouldn't be popping out. So when it comes to supporting my girls, I tend to stick to the conventional. Give me a plain old fashion under wire bra any day!

But never fear, bra expert Maidenform is here! Their new Breakthrough Backless Bra looks seriously promising. It doesn't have tacky clear plastic straps. But it does have straps, they're just not conventional. The only thing this bra is lacking is the band that goes all the way around your chest.

This bra was invented by single mom, Elaine Cato, and showcased on the show American Inventor. To learn more, keep reading.

I think I'm definitely going to have to try this. The website gives a description, saying, "The Breakthrough™ Backless Bra is expertly crafted with silicone on the wire channeling to prevent slippage. The seamless molded foam cups provide a natural shape on the body and are smooth under clothes."

For just $25.00 you can buy it on the Maidenform website. The sizes run from 34B up to a 38DD. It comes in black or beige. If anyone reading this has already tried this bra leave a comment and tell us how it works. Is there truly no slippage? If that's true, this bra might replace the push up as a staple in every woman's under garment wardrobe.
