Storm model agency talks about what it takes to be the next Kate Moss

So you want to become the next Kate Moss or Cindy Crawford? The founder of Storm Model Agency, Sarah Doukas, has a few tips on how to make it big in the fashion industry. She says it's all about the angles of the face and how the camera will be able to capture a girl, "You need the cheekbones, you need the jaw-line. You can look at someone who is gorgeous but perhaps has quite a round face, without the definition that you need for a camera and light to turn it into this fantastic canvas."
Sarah also mentions that in this day and age models don't necessarily have to be 6 foot tall glamazons. It is possible to succeed even if you're not tall by industry standards, "I'm considered eccentric because I will take people that are 5ft5in. I refuse to conform completely, but you have to be realistic."
Sarah obviously knows what she's talking about. She discovered Kate Moss walking through an airport. And just for the record, Kate is 5'6.5" so she's not exactly a giant. Yet, we could all agree that whole being short thing has worked out pretty well for her.
