Yeah, probably. But this is still technically an "accusation," so there's no official word on whether or not the new Ugly Betty guest star will be spending time behind bars.

Our favorite part of this story is that LiLo didn't "accidentally" walk out with this from some ritzy Beverly Hills boutique. Instead she ripped off the coat from some woman she was partying with.

Marsha Markova, an artist and socialite, was wearing the shockingly expensive dead animal pelts to a friend's birthday party -- a party that was also attended by Lohan. When Marsha went to leave, she found her jacket was missing -- but it wasn't until photographs emerged of Lohan wearing the jacket around down (later that evening, no less), that things really went sour.

Lawyers were called, demands were made, and after months of back and forth, the coat magically turned up at the club where it went missing in the first place. Only now it wreaks of Lindsay -- booze, cigarettes, and random men's cologne. Subsequently, Marsha is demanding a whopping $10,000 in rental fees (or else!).

Oddly, Lohan is supposed to be anti-fur. So...why'd she take it in the first place? Oh yes, because she's insane.
