eBay WTF of the Day: The Fascinator! Booyah!

The Fascinator! Booyah!
Fascinatorsnyc is selling a hair fascinator. A what? This is exciting! We didn't know our hair could be fascinated!

Frankly, it is a little fascinating! It looks like it may have come off a professionally wrapped gift basket--off the top of it, that is. We are not so sure about putting this in your hair. But how can you resist when it sounds so exciting? The Fascinator! Booyah!

From the eBay post: "You will certainly stand out from the crowd wearing this original unusual accessory - it looks fabulous on and is very popular with young british royals right now."

Aren't the young British royals...boys? Harry? Harry, is your hair getting a little secretly fascinating? Okay, okay, there are female British royals, but really, these "fascinators" look a bit jaunty to be worn anywhere. Anywhere. Also, they make us think of crazy old church ladies, and we think that's probably not the look for which many people are going.

We checked out the seller's other fascinators and were disappointed to learn that the Hair Fascinator is, in fact, the only kind of fascinator. That makes us sad. What about the other parts of our bodies that need fascinating?

All right, Fascinatorsnyc. Wikipedia backs you up. But we still think this looks like it came off your Easter Basket. WTF?
