Tip of the day: Eat yourself beautiful

Okay that sounded weird. What we mean is, sometimes the things you eat are reflected in your outward appearance.
Example 1. If you eat greasy pizza religiously, you face probably looks, well, like a pepperoni.
Example 2. If you eat fresh fruit like it's your job, your face probably looks juicy and fresh.
Got it? Good. Now, let's check in with Dr. Steph to see what foods will make your hair, nails, teeth, and teeth shine.
Hair
• Oily: Fruits, veggies, fish, poultry, lean meats, whole grain cereals, vitamin B complex, vitamin A
• Dry: Up to 2 tablespoons of unprocessed veggie, seed, or nut oil daily, cod-liver oil, vitamin e, vitamin A
• Dandruff: Liver, cod-liver oil, unsaturated veggie oil, wheat germ, fruits and veggies, protein, brewer's yeast, bone meal
• Faded: Liver, wheat germ, blackstrap molasses, sunflower seeds, whole grain cereals, rice polish, seafood, yogurt, veggies and nut oils, brewer's yeast, kelp, vitamin B
Eyes
• Leafy green and yellow veggies, wheat germ, rice polish, molasses, sunflower seeds, Vitamins A, b-complex, C, D, E, brewer's yeast, bone meal or calcium lactate
Teeth
• Crusty foods, fiber rich foods, raw veggies, fresh fruit, vitamins A, C, and D, bone meal
Nails
• Almonds, liver, blackstrap molasses, apricots, eggs, wheat germ, whole grain cereals, protein, horsetail tea, vitamin A, brewer's yeast, zinc, calcium lactate
Overall improvement: These products seem to be winner's in general so if you can't fit them all in, at the very least, incorporate these few into your daily diet to see results.
• Fruits, veggies, whole grain cereals, veggie oil, wheat germ, liver, vitamin A , vitamin B complex, bone meal, brewer's yeast
For best results, keep going for a week's. Changes won't happen over night!

This is only wikipedia, but its a start. I don't think you should be recommending bone meal...
