Justin Timberlake wants credit for the trucker hat. We want to know why.

He acknowledges that Ashton Kutcher generally gets the credit for the unfortunate trend, saying, "I keep hearing Ashton Kutcher say how he was responsible for trucker caps. I've heard him make that statement before." But, Justin insists that he and his William Rast design partner were wearing them back when they were just 17 years old.
What we want to know is why the hell Justin wants the trucker hat trend attributed to him. We would be trying to distance ourselves from that one!

Because Ashton Kutcher is getting credit for it. Haven't you have seen all the stuff they have done to each other? Ashton punked JT, JT then went on SNL and made fun of Ashton, Ashton then went on SNL and countered, all funny stuff.

People down here in the South were wearing the "trucker hat" long before Ashton or Justin ever came on the scene. Some dude named Freddy Joe or Billy Bob probably should be getting the credit. Or better yet, feed stores used to give them away free...Purina, breakfast of champions!

If I remeber correctly. Johnny Depp wore one in "What's Eating Gilbert Grape" years ago. I might have the movie wrong but this has been around atlot longer then these two morons.

Why does it even matter? The trend is over, gone, dead, and buried! (and a big A-MEN for that!!!) Quite honestly, I don't really think that either JT OR Ashton Kutcher are anything to write home to Mama about....

Justin--you're WAAAY late on this---Jay Adams, Tony Alva,and EVERYBODY in the western states popped a cap in the ass of this style back in the SEVENTIES!!

Ironically, most truckers wear cowboy hats or bandanas.

I think that Justin Timberlake is so unattractive, I don't even know how he gets a date. However, I think that what he is trying to say is that he was the first idiot to spend $$$$ for a stupid trucker hat and that could be possible, but who cares?
