In some parts of the country (like here, in Florida), this is the time of year when you can pretty much count on a rainstorm between two and four in the afternoon. We're not talking a light sprinkle -- the sky opens up and dumps bucketloads of wet down upon us, and our hair is ruined and our clothes are soaked.
