Last week, Bravo aired a 21-minute preview of Rachel Zoe's, stylist to the stars , new reality show, The Rachel Zoe Project, airing on September 8th.

We tried, you guys. We really, really didn't want to like her, but in the reality show teaser Zoe came across as someone we'd like to go to lunch with, do a little shopping afterwards, and talk lots of shit about people in between. You know, like we do with all of our other super fun girlfriends.

If that isn't enough to get you to watch the show, and really, we don't blame you because of all of the other fashion programming airing this fall, Zoe's two assistants, Taylor and Brad, are well-worth waisting an hour of your life each week on the couch, watching them bicker like cats and dogs. In this clip, watch as the gang attempts to bounce back from a major accident in the fashion closet. Warning: If you can't handle a grown man crying like a baby, don't bother watching.

I worked with Rachel at 9 west at the Short Hills Mall when we were both in our 20's. She is a great, beautiful, high-powered woman. I hope she will read this and allow me to interview to be her assistant. I know all designers and am a make-up artist. I am very smart and organized. I think you should start a reality show of "who wants to work for you". My resume will be the first to arrive. The show was great. Your employees, well, they need to respect you more. It is funny because Zoe is actually my middle name so I have that little connection with her. But AH! I am so happy to find a blog about the show, I saw the preview and LOVED it. I think she is so awesome. I just want to meet her so badly and get advice. I just turned 16 but since I was about 14 I have followed her and her work. She is such an amazing stylist and clearly loves what she does. I think that makes it so much better that she LOVES what she does. I want to get advice from her and learn from her. The show is amazing and I take notes to learn from her.-I would DIE if rachel contacted me ever. If you are ever in NYC and read this please contact me!!!! (Hopefully this week I'll see her while I camp out at Fashion Week and attempt to get in!!)

This show is fun. But every time I see Taylor i want to grab a brush and do somethin with her hair.Poor Brad... It's a shame taylor can't do her job and supervise at the same time...multitask much, Taylor?

I just watched the first episode of Rachel Zoe. I wanted to reach through the TV and smack Taylor. Could she be any nastier to Brad???? I think Taylor is totally intimidated by him. Totally nasty for no reason.What a waste of time. Grow up Taylor!!!

I love the show. You hear so much about rachel and it turns out she's a down to earth homegirl. I love her passion and enthusiasm for clothes. I identify with it. I could get lost in the racks of clothes and be a happy camper for years. Did you see her shopping trip in the preview, oh just beautiful. On a negative note, I don't know any boss that would take the crap that Taylor dishes out... if my employee raised their voice at me they would be out! I like Brad and he seems competent so train him! There is no manual for being a stylist's assistant, each stylist works in their own way. Taylor needs to step up and prove that she deserves a mangement position.

I love Taylor's hair but does anyone know how I would describe the cut to my hair stylist since I don't have a photo to take in? It is so cute. If Taylor reads this can you please tell me what color is on your hair too and how it is cut? Thank you! I love the show!!

I love Taylor because she is a total b*tch!! The show is better than I thought. Lots of fun watching it. Love to see how stylist puts everything together. How come I cant have a job like that!!!

Taylor isn't a bitch. She's a narcissist and really low in the IQ department. Complete lack of self awareness, probably talks to herself in the mirror and thinks she's fabulous. A truly scary individual and frankly, made the show unwatchable. Sorry, because Zoe herself seemed interesting, despite the tentative grasp on the english language.

I am soooo addicted to this show. I love Rachel and wished I had someone like her around me to guide me with my style daily. I can't wait to see the next episode. And should we all remind Taylor she's the assistant not the stylist??

She seems a harmless nitwit who recycles highly identifiable vintage looks - Tom Ford for instance - that were original long before she was born. No damage, but facts are facts. Oh, she does add Starbucks to the mix, which is an innovation of sorts.

So Rachel is a pretty cool lady and I love the show. Taylor on the other hand is a major B@@ch. Brad is only one guy and she just dumps on him while she runs around with a phone in her ear. Get over yourself Taylor and recognize that Brad is learning and needs you to help him not dump on him.

Taylor is awful! I usually don't care if someone knows what I think about them or not....but I would like her to know that she is an ugly person. No matter how cool her haircut is, or how much her clothes cost, she is a horrible person!
