Tip of the day: Britney Spears Diet Secrets

Filed under: Style Tip of the Day

Remember the days when Britney Spears was all hot and sexy and we were all on the Spears obsession train? Don't lie. You know you remember.

But then... we don't know what happened. Actually, we do know what happened. The shaved head. The daily Wendy's burgers. The crazy umbrella. It was sad. We were sad.

Though I'm sure you're as sick of her as we are, we were always rooting for a comeback. And we couldn't help but notice her recent OK! Magazine cover where she looks toned, tanned and healthy. Swoosh! One come back point for Ms. Spears. We knew you could do it girl!

But how did she do it? OK! revealed her diet secrets. Here are a few...Surprisingly nothing is completely impossible; no scarfing diet pills, working out like a maniac, or starving. Actually her routine is the opposite.

• No sugars, not even fruits

• High protein diet

• 1,200 calories a day

• Working out at least an hour a day five times a week

• A good (fake) tan never hurts
