Lil' Mama thinks she's a magician. That's the only explanation for this tragic outfit she sported at Fashion Rocks. We're utterly astounded that she thought it would be a good idea to wear a top hat on the red carpet. Now all she needs is a rabbit and this look will be complete.

Then there's the cape -- or is it a jacket? Let's refer to it as a capket for now. The sleeves added to the cape are confusing. It looks like she got dressed in the dark and put her arms through the wrong holes -- except she did it all on purpose. Yikes.

What a shame that Lil' Mama chose to accessorize as such because the little yellow dress and black belt underneath all the madness actually look pretty cute!
