Yes it is a cute dress,but, not for a mature woman,or,a full figured woman. The ruffles would be an issue.

Love the shoes... the dress, NOT SO MUCH.
Suggestion:
Hem, much- Longer or Shorter.
Sleeves: The Same.
The Model Used: Good. She does not out-shine the product.
