Miley Cyrus cleans up her image at 16th birthday bash

If you're a famous teen in need of a bit of an image makeover, there's not better, more wholesome place to have your birthday bash than at Disneyland in California. Miley Cyrus and 5,000 of her closest friends celebrated her sixteenth birthday a month and a half early this past weekend.

In return for tickets -- $250 bucks a pop -- fans were treated with a performance by Miley. They also had the park to themselves so there were no lines to go on the rides. Just ask any parent who has stood in line for hours dripping with sweat trying to keep their antsy children entertained -- that in and of itself must have been worth the pricey entrance fee.

Miley made sure to keep things squeaky clean -- no more mini dresses. She wore a polka dot knee length dress when she posed with Mini Mouse and donned a long skirt with sneakers to get on stage and sing. Her handlers are keeping a close eye on the wardrobe that's done her more harm than good in the past!

And now we all know that Miley has friends in high places. Browse the gallery to see some of the A-list party goers including Cindy Crawford, Jennifer Love Hewitt and even Mr. Jai from America's Next Top Model!

There was only one thing at the bash that could tarnish Miley's new good girl image -- a 20 year old underwear model boyfriend! Justin Gaston might be too hot for Miley to resist, but since the girl is only 15 years old that's not called robbing the cradle -- that's called illegal.
