Melissa Wilkins knows a thing or two about scarves. The 25 year old knitter/designer currently lives on the East Coast but has cultivated a lifetime of travel into her designs for Bombshell Studios. And just like any bombshell, Melissa's work is timeless yet has a sizzling flare that is all its own.

We had a chance to check out some of Melissa's work in person. We must admit, we were a little thrown by the $45 pricetag but Bombshell Studios proved us so very wrong. The soft, supple knit against our necks kept out the impending winter chill and left us feeling as luxurious as Marilyn Monroe. After trying one of these on, we wouldn't dream of going back to last season's $10 Target scarf ever again!

Upon investigating a bit more, we also found out that Bombshell Studios isn't the only trick Melissa has up her sleeve. She also has a handbag shop, Palette Handbags, too. Our favorite is the gorgeous Children Playing Toile Handbag. The fun print and twisted strap keep it fresh while the deep color keeps in classic. Fun yet classy, how very bombshell.
