Eat chocolate, stay healthy - Tip of the day!

We all put on some pudge around the holidays. It's near impossible not to, what with all the candy, pies and what not from October 31 – January 1. But we aren't going to suffer this year with diet resolutions, squeezing into jeans, and crying over eaten pie. No sir.
This year we're going still going to eat chocolate, guilt-free chocolate that is. Alright, well guilt-free to a point. Organic, vegan, and natural chocolates are as delicious as their sugared up counter parts minus all of the gross additives, extra fat, and our pal, the cal.
Believe it sister. Most include home grown berries, organic peanut butters, or just plain old cocoa powder – whatever your little heart desires. While you still have to keep portions in mind, you are at least reaping plenty of antioxidant and other heart healthy benefits while noshing on these delectable delicacies.
