Tights Take the Chill Off

Filed under: Accessories, Swimwear and Lingerie

Tights for Everyone!

Have you noticed? Tights are everywhere this fall, and we couldn't be happier. It's getting cold out there!

The freshest way to wear tights is to think of them as an accessory. That means that you're free to wear a contrasting color - there's no need to try to match your legs to your shoes. We're partial to mustard and plum-colored tights because they bring a shot of seasonal color and are surprisingly easy to wear.

If you want to make your legs look longer (a look that never, ever goes out of style) then tights are also for you. Look for opaque solids that match your shoes, thus elongating the leg, or wear ribbed tights. The subtle vertical ribbing will create an optical illusion that will make your legs look like they go all the way up to there.
