Isla Fisher - Not a Real Life Shopaholic

Isla FisherIsla Fisher stars in the soon-to-be-released film, "Confessions of a Shopaholic," based on the book by the same name. And while she might play the role of a practically professional shopper, wearing outrageous styles and mixing daring colors, that's far from how she dresses in real life.

"I shop very rarely and very poorly. The fashion things I buy are rarely a hit," the petite actress, who is engaged to "Borat" star Sacha Baron Cohen and mother to their daughter, Olive, admits to InStyle magazine. Like we've all done on occasion, Isla picks out things she likes, only to find that it doesn't work with anything in her closet. Fortunately for her, though, she probably has the money to buy something else to work with it -- the rest of us aren't all so lucky.

That's not to say she didn't learn a little something from being in the film. For a while, she said, "I was mixing bright colours together and just being more confident with heels, but after a week and a half, I was back in jeans."

Come on, Isla -- now that we know you have it in you, we want to see you get a little crazy with the clothes! And don't think for a second that we aren't absolutely dying to see what she wears on the red carpet to promote this fashionable flick. We'll be watching!
