Boobs - When Bigger Isn't Better

Filed under: Cosmetics, Celebrities with Style, Beauty Tips

Like cookies n' cream or peanut butter and jelly, showbiz and big boobs just go together.

I'm not saying it's right, I'm just stating the facts. They don't film Dr. 90210 there just for fun, y'know. But as of late, there's been a small uprising among the big-busted.

Take Cheryl Cole. The UK pop star has a figure to die for -- so much that Lily Allen even wrote a song about her body envy for her -- but lately, Cole's been blabbing about what a burden her not-really-that-big boobs are.

"I'm a 32D, which is ridiculous for my size," she says. "I hate looking booby. You can look really cheap very quickly."

Drew Barrymore has also been vocal about the perils of being busty, and Jenna Jameson has been all over the web, flashing pictures of her ridiculously svelte post-baby body. (Something tells me the thrill of getting those gigundo implants taken out has something to do with it.)

Corey Feldman gets peer pressured into liposuction

Most dudes who elect to have cosmetic procedures try to keep them a little bit on the DL -- because it's not exactly macho to talk about getting a tummy-tuck. Corey Feldman, on the other hand, totally doesn't mind revealing that he had a couple of rough spots ironed out in preparation for his new show The Two Coreys.

In fact, it seems that Feldman decided to get the surgery based on the peer pressure from his wife's new hot body. According to an insider:

"Corey flipped when he saw the results of Susie's boob job. She's always been beautiful, but her new, more voluptuous appearance both pleased and intimidated him."

Wait, it gets better. Next, Corey's spokesperson decides to set the record straight, confirming what the insider had to say:

"Corey had a couple little trouble spots that he needed taking care of - so he did. And he feels a lot better now because of it."

Weird. So Corey's comfortable with admitting the fact that he got a tummy-tuck or breast reduction or whatever -- he's just not comfortable with wearing a couple extra pounds. Hmm. Does that seem messed-up to anyone else?

Boob jobs need love too

All of the women out there with purchased breasts (not "fake" -- they are attached to your body and there is nothing fake about that), there is finally a bra made for you. Say goodbye to the days of pouring your fabulous ta-ta's (is that PC?) into conventional bras. After all, Maidenform and Victoria's Secret secretly frown upon fake ones.

So what's a girl to do?

A girl is to get Le Mystere's No. 9 bra designed by Dr. David Brothers. Brothers was inspired by his patients who complained that they couldn't find bras that fit their ample bosoms. Apparently the recent trend for pointier boobs with a narrow base and more projection has made it difficult for patients to find the perfect bra. The bras, which come in sizes 32C to 36E and are priced from £60, go on sale at Harrods in London on Monday, June 18, before being rolled out to other shops.

With so many women these days going under the knife I think its about time that a "special" bra has been made for them. I also wish I had thought of it because seriously, isn't that doctor rich enough?
