I want that! H & M printed scarf

Filed under: Celebrities with Style, Get the Look

As to not steal attention from the stars of the show, Diane Kruger laid low at the L.A. premiere of The X-Files: I Want to Believe on July 23 at the Grauman Chinese Theatre. Her casual attire consisted of an easy American Apparel tee and Acne jeans pairing which she lightly accessorized with an adorable printed scarf, cool white watch, and studded bag. The perfect low key look for a night at the movies.

Comme des Garconnes will design for H&M

commes des garcons
After Stella McCartney, Karl Lagerfeld, Viktor & Rolf and Roberto Cavalli comes Comme des Garcons.

Yes, H&M has announced its next collaboration with a couture designer -- it's Japanese avant-garde design house, Comme des Garcons.

We may not be totally familiar with Comme des Garcons, and we're definitely not sure what to expect, based on recent styles we've seen on the runways. However, we are sure that the collaboration will do famously when it debuts its collection of menswear, womenswear, childrenswear, accessories, and a unisex fragrance in Tokyo in November of this year.

Sims get stylish the H&M way

H&M SimsAttention fashion-savvy gamers!... All four of you (I kid because I love). The Sims 2 players will soon be able to design and build their own H&M stores and dress up their Sims in clothes and accessories inspired by real H&M fashions. Players can also participate on an online runway and show off their creations. The store will be the first brand to enter the Sim world this way, which is really saying something because I thought another company would have struck a similar deal a long, long time ago.

I'd love to try out this new Stuff Pack, but I haven't played The Sims since I became extremely, extremely addicted to the game in high school and had to kick the habit or risk having the Sim goodness completely consume my life.

But that doesn't mean you all can't have some fun.

H&M Gift of the Day: Jeans

Filed under: Stores We Love, Clothing, Jeans

H&M Gift of the Day - jeansI know that all of our readers most certainly have the ability to check out H&M's website every day to find out what their Gift of the Day is, so I wasn't planning on posting it here each day, but I just couldn't help myself with this one. Then again, who knows, by the time you read this, there might be a line already wrapped around the block of your nearest H&M store.

H&M's Gift of the Day is Ladies' Jeans. At $14.90 for a pair of jeans, that is beyond a steal. Now I'm not sure if the Gift of the Day jeans are limited to a particular style or color, but I am willing to bet that you will find something to do with them if you're getting them for under $15!

Thankfully, the faux fur hats are not included (at least, I don't think they are).

H&M's Gift of the Day: Little Brown Heart Hoodie

Filed under: Stores We Love, Clothing, Kids and Babies

h&m gift of the day hooded topSorry ladies, the Gift of the Day (which I am calling GoD) from H&M today is for the kids.

If you have the time and the energy and still need to find something for the little kids on your Christmas list, I'd run over to H&M, claw your way through the thundering hordes, and pick up as many of these little hooded sweatshirts that you can get your hands on. Not only are they cute in a chocolate brown peppered with tiny white hearts, but they are only $5.90 each! And to think $9.90 for a striped sweater was a deep discount. This one goes straight to the floor of the bargain basement.

I don't think the cookies are included.
