Who knew Kate Moss was aligned with the armed forces? Well, actually, Moss herself is a fashion force, armed with Longchamp's fall must-have bag. (The men in uniform are just props!)

Moss and leggy Canadian model Daria Werbowy (shown on continued page) star in the brand's Fall/Winter '09 ad campaign, shot by photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott. The above is the brand's first ever billboard.

Target Collaboration News - Up Next, Carlos Falchi

Top designers keep joining forces with Target for exclusive lines, and we keep swooning (and shopping), so the recipe for success is clearly working.

The latest collaboration? Carlos Falchi, master leathersmith and purveyor of classic, yet modern handbags and accessories. He is following in the fashionable footsteps of past handbag designers for Target including Gryson, Anya Hindmarch, Devi Kroell and Botkier.

The collection, eighth in a series of limited-time-only accessories designer collaborations for the retail giant, will be available at most Target stores and Target.com from November 1 to December 27. (But you know the deal, these designer items fly off the shelves.)

Well, you could be a winner ... Hot handbag company Elliott Lucca is holding a giveaway (be still, our beating heart!). The prize: An Elliott Lucca "Zafra" Hobo (we love the woven sides!) and five-day Blueprint Cleanse for you and a friend!

Let's be honest, cleanses are the trend du jour, but you have to choose wisely. Blueprint is extremely popular among celebrities and editors alike. It's a nutritional juice option and even includes a sweet dessert drink. Plus, like going to the gym, it's much easier to do when you have a friend to commiserate do it with. Especially if you and that friend are toting around brand new bags.

Victoria Beckham - Birkin Bag Lady

Victoria Beckham doesn't exactly shy away from excess. The former Spice Girl didn't earn the nickname "Posh" for nothing! It took serious dedication to shopping for couture clothes, shoes and, most importantly, bags. Hermès Birkin bags, to be exact.

The Big Money reports that Posh owns around 100 of the exclusive and pricey purses, a collection worth possibly $2 million. Bag prices range from approximately $6,000 to over $100,000, depending on the materials used. Exotic animal skins, like saltwater crocodile, up the price significantly, as do embellishments on the hardware (a crocodile Birkin with roughly 10 carats of diamonds sold at auction for $120,000).

    Victoria Beckham shops with her son and, of course, a gorgeous blue Birkin, large enough to hold plenty of toys and snacks. Hey, if she's going to drop that kind of cash on a handbag, it should at least be useful, right?

Okay, even if there wasn't a two-year waiting list to get a Birkin, most of us can't afford the price tag. And it's not like the value goes down over time (it's called an investment piece for a reason, people). However, we can dream, and we can gawk.
