A dude with extremely low saggy pants walks with a woman in gold lamme pantsRegardless of how stupid they look or the fact that saggy pants aren't even fashionable anymore, here at Stylelist, we believe you have a constitutional right to sag. Many political figures agree with us, including President Obama, a Palm Beach circuit judge, and mayor Frank Melton of Jackson, Mississippi. Mayor Melton, however, has decided that due to a severe fashion crisis, he must revoke the constitutional right to sag in Jackson. Bummer.

Obama supports your right to wear saggy pants - Regime change

This year, we've run across multiple stories about men getting ticketed -- or in some cases, arrested -- for wearing saggy pants under Florida's saggy pants ordinances. Needless to say, we stand opposed to any attempts to legislate fashion, no matter how stupid or ugly it looks. So, it's nice to find out that President-elect Obama shares our views and doesn't plan to create a 'Department of Homeland Fashion Police' or anything like that. Phew.
