Supermodel Skincare Secret - Revealed!

Model-of-the-moment Agyness Deyn is known for her quirky fashion sense, penchant for dating rockers and becoming the new face of Tokyo-based fashion chain Uniqlo. But what people probably don't know is that for the last few months, the mannequin has been plagued by bad skin. Not okay for a woman who makes a living off of her looks.

Her secret weapon? Facials at Ling Skincare in New York City, which is known for lots of extractions and healing through hydration. We heard, through the beauty grapevine, that Agyness was suffering from cleansing too much and over-exfoliation (who wouldn't after all the makeup she has to wear for work?), which made her skin sensitive, dry and prone to breakouts. To get her flawless complexion back, she put herself in Ling's hands for facials, and turns to Pure Squalene Skin Nourisher at home.

Agyness Deyn, Voted Most Annoying Person of 2008 by BBC

Agyness Deyn - Most Annoying Person of 2008

We don't know why it took so long for our brethren across the pond to see Agyness Deyn in the same light that we do, but it seems the British have finally come to their senses.

    Getty Images

The British supermodel was given the "Most Annoying Person of 2008 Award" by a BBC TV panel -- which is bad enough. But even more embarrassing is that she beat out the routinely-ridiculed Peaches Geldof for the top honors. (If you've been keeping up with Peaches' ridiculous antics, you'll know just how humiliating that truly is.)

We wonder what put Aggy over the top this year -- was it the new haircut? The tacky outfits? Did she ignore too many friend requests on Facebook? Whatever the reason, it's about time! This girl has been working our nerves for ages.

Holland Features Nude Portraits of Lagerfeld, Deyn in Upcoming Collection

Henry Holland's nude portrait of Karl LagerfeldA nude portrait of Karl Lagerfeld? Not sure we're ready to go there, but apparently there are plenty of other fashion groupies out there who want Karl in any form available -- t-shirt, teddy bear, or puppet. Those are exactly the fashion obsessed masses that Henry Holland knows how to connect with, and they're probably probably going to flip when they see his latest collection: a series of tees that feature all of your favorite fashion icons in the buff (their privates modestly covered by flowers).

Agyness Deyn, Riley Keough, and every other hipster in NYC hit an art gallery

Filed under: Events: On the Scene

Stephanie Prommer is a writer, editor and stylist in the fashion and entertainment industry. She's on the scene at all the hot parties, bringing you the inside scoop on A-list style and gossip.

If you're a cool kid in the city with an asymmetrical haircut or intentionally ironic T-shirt, then you were probably at the Milk Gallery on June 24th for the vernissage of the "Rebel Rebel" art exhibit. Showcasing a collaboration between rock 'n roll photographer Mick Rock and artist Russell Young and benefiting The Art of Elysium, the display featured Warholian-style screen prints of David Bowie, Iggy Pop and Lou Reed splashed in acid-bright hues.

Notable names in attendance included British model Agyness Deyn, Riley Keough (Elvis' grandbaby), Elijah Wood, Joshua Jackson, fashion designer Tara Subkoff, and Danny Masterson of That 70's Show fame, who spun records under the best moniker ever: "DJ Mom Jeans." Joshua Jackson told me that he wasn't actually even invited to the fete, saying: "My brother is friends with the gallery owner. I wish I could say I was on the list, but I wasn't on the list. I'm the random brother. I put in 30 years on this connection, and it's about time it started paying off!"

In a strange turn of events there was also a high quotient of All My Children stars there, including Rebecca Budig, Cameron Mathison and Michael E. Knight. Why, you ask? Because artist Russell Young is married to former soap diva-turned-style-expert Finola Hughes.

Agyness Deyn cuts it all off for Jean Paul Gaultier

You can't keep a good woman down for long.

Just after Burberry gave her the boot, Agyness Deyn has gracefully landed in Jean Paul Gaultier's commercial for his recently launched perfume, Ma Dame.

In the commercial, the Manchester native dons a long platinum blonde wig, which she hacks all off towards the end to expose her cooler-than-thou peroxide pixie cut. But not before she begins ripping off her sleeves, shirts, and pant legs. The thirty-four second fragrance spot was shot in black and white and has a 80s retro feel to it -- probably paying homage to Gaultier's days of courting Madonna with cone bras.

Watch and enjoy.

When it comes to London's East End, parties are almost like a family reunion. Especially if your family is the type in which men like superstar designer Henry Holland (above) sport bleached blond hair and cut off shorts . But I digress....Earlier this week Henry (well really his press agent) invited me to get "Extra Close" at a party in Archie's Archway in trendy East London.

Burberry drops Agyness Deyn

Wow. How quick the mighty have fallen.

It seems as if it were just yesterday that we began ragging on supermodel Agyness Deyn's coveted and contrived grunge style, gasping over her dethronement of Kate Moss on top Tatler's best dressed list, and giggling because of the party that's being thrown in honor of a life-sized mannequin that bares her resemblance.

Breaking news: Agyness Deyn wears something normal

Agyness Deyn is going to detox to save her good looks

Amy Winehouse isn't the only Brit squandering away her talent and good looks on drugs and alcohol. It seems another celeb from the other side of the big pond is always having some trouble staying away from the dark side. Kate Moss drowns her sorrows

After being dethroned by Agyness Deyn for the #1 spot on Tatler's best dressed list, Kate Moss has been drowning her sorrows in alcohol. She's been out on the town boozing it up for the last four nights in a row. Kate does have a lot of time on her hands these days considering that not only did Agyness take the #1 spot, but she has also been taking all Kate's jobs.

Agyness is going to be the face for Burberry and Armani, brands both of which at one time would have asked Kate Moss to fill that position. But they have no need to ask old "haggard looking" (the Daily Mail's words, not mine) drug abusing Kate when they can get Kate version 2.0 to do the job.

While I do agree that Agyness' fresh faced beauty gives her a few extra bonus points over Kate, I don't agree that she's more stylish than the legendary Miss Moss. Agyness' look makes it seem as if she were just trying way too hard to look like she's not trying. Whereas Kate really doesn't have to try. Her hard partying might be catching up to her, but her style is still truly effortless. For pete's sake and crying out loud, the woman even looks glam when she's walking through the mud with the world's biggest drug addict on her arm!

Check out 6 pictures of each famous super models's best looks at various events, and then tell me who you think is the best dressed. Or maybe you think they both look like clowns half the time. That's OK too.

Kate Moss versus Agyness Deyn: Who is the fashion queen?

Agyness Deyn is Tatler's best-dressed

Filed under: Runway Trends, Celebrities with Style

Love her or hate her: you can't knock the hustle of Laura Hollins AKA Agyness Deyn.

The Manchester supermodel has effortlessly managed to get the whole fashion industry to bask in her awesomeness. And how did she accomplish such a feat?

She bleached her mousy brown hair and then got it chopped off into the trendy pixie cut that she currently rocks. Also, the professional mannequin wears lots of vintage clothing, hoodies, and neon Ray Ban wayfarers. In fashion, this is what they call "edgy" and "having a true sense of style."

Need further proof of Deyn's gangsta?

Tatler magazine just dethroned Kate Moss on their best-dressed list to put Agyness in the No.1 spot. Yes, that would be the same Kate Moss who single-handedly brought back skinny jeans, and, well, everything else she puts on her tiny body.

So, what made Tatler give Agyness Kate's crown?

Well, according to the UK magazine,"Whether she's sipping chai at the Russian Tea Rooms in Primrose Hill or kicking back at Henry Holland's studio, she's fash-fabulous... Rockin."

Um, yeah.

Honestly, Agyness's look couldn't be anymore unoriginal and contrived. And yet I still can't make myself hate her. Something about her is just so damn lovable.

See, I told you guys she was gangsta.
