The "Legally Blonde" look-alikes -- dressed in pink and white, some with lap dogs in tow -- marched in a local parade attempting to lift the grim mood of the financially depressed country. Leave it to the blondes and their lofty ambitions.
The event was a fundraiser, but luckily, the blondes didn't think they could actually rescue Latvia financially. They did however raise money to support neighborhood playground safety for disabled children.

Alright, alright so at home hair color isn't the best way to go we admit. However, with the dollar floundering around like a fish out of water, $200+ salon trips just ain't happenin. So we've had to resort to that $10 box with high hopes that one day, just maybe one day, we'll get that at home color right.
Used to be, that if you wanted to look really hot -- at least in a Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition kinda way -- you needed blond hair. It makes sense. After all, some (admittedly dubious) studies have suggested that

But when you're tanning on the yacht, drinking daiquiris, and getting pedicures from Marco -- the hot pool boy, who lives to satisfy your every need -- chances are you won't care. That's because, at least according to dating experts, you, the brunette, are far more likely to land a man who can lavish you with absurd sums of money than your blond counterpart.
