eBay WTF of the Day: Only wear this if you're going to tell me my fortune

Cult-chic!eBay seller groundhogblue has an item for us: "ARt to Wear Unusual Appliqued Reversible India SHawl."

Particularly in cases like this, where the item looks like it may be from a cult we haven't heard of, we like to assume there's some sort of encrypted code in the posting. Like the mis-capitalization. Put it together: ARSH. That could mean. . .anything. Angry Ravens Scare Harriet? Annie Really Sells Hotpockets? How about ARWUARIS? I think I just found a name for my new Lord of the Rings re-enactment character. Sounds like a Level 7 Druid, no?

And we do believe a Level 7 Druid would actually wear this cape. Let's look at the features:

Tip of the day: Cult classics

Filed under: Cosmetics, Style Tip of the Day

Sephora recently released an email that spelled out 8 of their best cult classics. In case you don't know, a cult classic is, in the most basic sense, a product that once it's tried, the user is immediately obsessed. A small community or "cult" forms around these products. Individuals cannot stop raving about the product for years after their first encounter. If you've ever had one of these episodes, you know what we're talking about.

Best of all, most cult classics are often top quality yet completely affordable. Does it get any better?

Check out Sephora's cult picks.

Did Will join a cult?

When Will Ferrell rolled up to the premiere of his new film Semi-Pro donning this bizarre outfit, it caused quite a wave of confusion. Now, in the aftermath, everyone seems to be trying to come up with reasons why he would wear such a freaking weird ensemble.

I'm going to have to go with the theory that he borrowed the suit from Charles Barkley, who got sick of wearing turtlenecks and sleeveless suits in the mid 90s. It's all a big inside joke for Will, who is getting a kick out of trying to pull it off without breaking character.

This could be wishful thinking, but as long as Will's ensemble was meant to be a mockery of NBA off-the-court fashion, I can rest easy knowing that he's still the weird guy he's always been. If not, I'm going to have to believe that he's joined some kind of Scientology cult -- or worse. Look at the way those pants swallow up his shoes. Classic.
