The Diva Entertainment Awards - StyleFoul!

With a name like "The Diva Entertainment Awards" you know you're going to have an event with some high quality crazy. Add the location -- Germany -- and the mix is ripe for radically ugly gowns on people you've (mostly) never heard of, but are just as popular as David Hasslehoff ... in Germany.

The event, held at the Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich, Germany, offered shiny fabrics, lingerie-wearing spawn of forgotten 80's singers, and possibly the next star of Seussical the Musical -- she sings, and she's already set for wardrobe, believe us!

The NME awards are notorious for eccentric fashion choices, but none of them could compare to the outfit "created" by "music artist" La Roux. Wow.

Naomi's extra-long gown at the Vanity Fair Oscar afterparty seemed familiar. So we checked and, sure enough, we had seen it before -- on Daryl Hannah in the 1984 hit movie Splash!!

Michelle Monaghan sports an orange Louis Vuitton dress with a sequined side cut out. And tulle. And net. And mesh. And matching LV shoes with feathers. Will it ever stop?

Keira Knightley's smug expression is just begging us to judge this outfit that's somehow too small and too big at the same time.

We just have two questions: Why is Tilda Swinton wearing the human flesh dress made by serial killer Buffalo Bill in Silence of the Lambs? And couldn't she at least have it tailored to fit her?

Neither the color green nor those unfortunate shoulder pads are helping Jennifer Connelly look any healthier on the red carpet -- girl needs to eat!

Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, went pattern crazy while playing with the puppies at the Metropolitan Police Dog Training Centre in Cornwall, UK.

Up-and-coming Australian actress Teresa Palmer is drop-dead gorgeous. The shiny hair, the bright, expressive eyes, the thin-but-not-scary-skinny body ... she seems to have the whole package. Except, maybe, for the whole dressing for the red carpet part.

    Getty Images

The thing is, we love the fit of this dress -- it's super flattering and classy. And Teresa shines in light colors, so the white and beige is beautiful. But seriously, what is the deal with the beige bra cups?

Should we get past the weird boob accessories since we love the rest of the look so much? Or are those a deal breaker?

    Getty Images

Of course Teresa isn't the only celeb who suffers from the occasional red carpet flop. Scarlett Johansson clearly has her off days.

Oversized gold coat, check. High waisted pants that are way more frumpy than fashionable, check. What the heck was Scarlett Johansson thinking when she wore this outfit to the photocall for The Spirit in Madrid? This outfit is old lady-ish, and not in the sometimes hip Mary-Kate Olsen kind of way.

Hollywood's most fabulous tanning disasters

Filed under: Cosmetics, Skin Care, Celebrities with Style

While pale, porcelain skin is beautiful, it's hard to ignore the beauty of a bronze glow in the summertime. Who doesn't feel a little bit lovelier with slightly golden, sun-kissed skin? Notice we said slightly -- there's a big difference between being a little bit tan and looking like you've spent every day for the last three weeks baking on Miami Beach.

Style Icon: Don't Hassel the Hoff

Filed under: Men, Celebrities with Style

If there's one guy that's consistently been a men's style icon for the past three decades, it's David Hasselhoff. Not only was the dude in charge on Baywatch (an enviable position, indeed), he was Michael Knight in Knight Rider for crying out loud. What man wouldn't -- to this day -- give his right arm for the chance to drive that car?

Now all of us can learn from this master of cool, as "The Hoff" is releasing an autobiography -- Don't Hassel the Hoff.

Here's the scoop from the man himself: "This book is my opportunity to print something from my heart, to tell the truth about what happened to me on the long and winding road from Baltimore to Baywatch to Broadway – and beyond. This book is about my successes and my failures, my strengths and my weaknesses. And, above all, it is about the hope contained in the Knight Rider slogan: 'One man can make a difference.'"

The book goes on sale May 15th. Pre-reserve your copy now. This man is a legend.

"The Hoff" will have his own clothing line

At least not while he's poring over sketches for his new line of clothing! Um, right.

Mr. Baywatch, David Hasselhoff, believes he "is as popular as Elvis" because so many of his fans support him those "Don't Hassel the Hoff!" shirts. I guess that naturally leads to his belief that he could successfully launch an entire line of clothing. His clothing, to be labelled "Malibu Dave," will be surf-related, but don't take our words for it. The man himself says: "It's just going to be supercool, laid back surfing gear. Everywhere I go, there are all these guys, like 400 guys, wearing the 'Don't Hassel The 'Hoff' shirt. "There are guys who turn up dressed like me. It's a bit weird. I'm like Elvis, only alive. "Although just between you and me, Elvis is alive. He's living at my home."

Hasselhoff faces flack

Filed under: Style in the News, Celebrities with Style

Love him or hate him, there's no denying that actor/rock star David Hasselfhoff has a way with his fans. (And by fans, I mean teenagers in West Germany during the fall of the Berlin Wall). That said, it seems that the hairy-chested ex-Baywatch star is facing a little flack after the Sun (the tabloid) reported that he had been turned away rom a British Airways flight because he was drunk.

Drunk?!?! Yes, drunk!

A spokesperson for Hasselhoff denies that he had been drinking, insisting instead that he had been feeling woozy after taking some medication to treat his recent arm injury. The airline is down-playing the situation by claiming that he was merely "deemed unfit to travel."

Either way, it's bad PR for the out work actor, who is already dealing with the stress of a just-finalized divorce from Pamela Bach. But he shouldn't get too down on himself. After all, West Berlin will always love him, no matter what he does...
